It's okay to get a little cheesy in your ceremony!

This amazing couple went as far as incorporating cheese 🧀

This was the very first fondue ceremony....perhaps ever in the history of wedding ceremonies!

The couple and I worked together to come up with a few ideas on how fondue represents marriage and we put it all in the melting pot 😉 what came out was a brand new ceremony that was perfect for them!

Such an awesome day!

You can still get your marriage license!

I've had many questions from couples and vendor friends asking if cities are still issuing marriage licenses and the answer is YES! 🥳

It's just not as simple as it once was. Some cities you have to be a resident of that city and essentially all cities are requiring you to make an appointment first.

Is your marriage license still valid?

Well I've got some answers for you. If your license was issued between the dates below, you've still got time! No need to pay for another license.

💕Licenses issued between December 1, 2019 and July 25, 2020 are valid until July 24, 2022

💕Licenses issued between October 1, 2020 and December 31 are valid until February 10, 2023

💕Licenses issued between January 1, 2021 and the end of this third lockdown will be valid 24 months from the end of this third province wide emergency.

Come to the office in cambridge with your license and I can help you become legally married. If you're not looking for something extravagant and just want to have the documents signed and make it legal, this is your best option!

**IMPORTANT UPDATE***

If you purchased your wedding licensed and were able to have your ceremony, the expiry has been extended! If you purchased a license on or after December 1st, 2019, you now have 24 months to use it from the date it was issued. The province listened as couples and officiants asked for this extension as many couples were not able to be married due to COVID-19. More details can be found at www.serviceontario.ca/gettingmarried

This is amazing news for all those couples that have pushed their date!

I don't think I've officially introduced myself yet.... Here goes nothing! I'm Neil, your Wedding Officiant from Endless Love Weddings. I've been part of the Wedding Industry in the Waterloo Region since 2013 and have loved every moment of it. I started off as a DJ but now starting to Officiate. I'll probably write a blog post about why one of these days. I've seen all kinds of officiants over the years. Some super amazing ones, and some that just couldn't get the couples names right.
