The time has come to make the announcement many of you know is coming! As you may or may not know we are expecting a new addition to the Olsen crew, as I am due in October!

That leads me to the temporary closing announcement.

Masterpiece Events has closed all bookings at this time. If you have previously booked an event with us not to worry, you are still in our calendar! We will not be opening up bookings until the new year.

The Pineapple Shop will also be temporarily closing. All remaining stock will be at The Sweeterie and we encourage you take advantage of all things sweet while picking up your items! To thank you for helping us clear our inventory, ALL remaining stock will be 25% off while it lasts!

MEET LIZ, OUR VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH FOR MAY 2022!

Liz has been volunteering with the Camrose Women's Shelter for the past five years! She is our event planner for occasions such as "Breakfast with the Guys", "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes" (our major fundraiser), as well as our Shelter Anniversary and Volunteer Recognition celebration.
Liz, thank you for taking time from your busy home and business schedules to answer a few questions for us:

1) Why did you/your company become a volunteer for the Camrose Women Shelter?
The Shelter's purpose is near and dear to my heart. My personal values strongly align with the values of the Shelter. I believe it is such an important cause and it is crucial to support your community's local Shelter. Not to mention, I love working with the staff. Every event is a pleasure for me to contribute to.

2) How long have you been in service and what type of services do you offer at Masterpiece Events?
Masterpiece Events has been in business since 2014. We offer event coordination for any type of event including milestones, corporate and fundraising. We also run Camrose Date Night and last year launched our online retail shop - The Pineapple Shop.

3) Anything else you would like to add/tell everyone about?
I would just like to encourage anyone to check out the needs of the Shelter. There are many ways to help out, whether monetary or volunteering your time in various capacities both inside and outside the Shelter. Also be sure to check out their current list of donation needs!
