She really goes the extra mile for her clients and made excellent recommendations for vendors, helped us solve issues, knows the area very well and is very responsive. “We'll never be able to thank Maren enough for everything she did for us. When deciding on a coordinator we had talked to a more well-known company in the area who were very unwilling to deal with some of the trickier logistics our wedding presented, instead trying to make us change our vision. Speaking with Maren, she was immediately supportive of our vision and ready to tackle any challenges that arose with enthusiasm. Nothing is impossible for her! She is way more than just a day-of coordinator, she was there to support us and answer questions throughout the entire planning process and has such a calm demeanour that immediately put us at ease whenever we got overwhelmed. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything came together perfectly for our day and her attention to detail is unmatched. Maren is incredibly thoughtful and friendly and she kept everything light and fun leading up to and on the big day.
In the midst of wedding day chaos, Maren kept everything running so smoothly and she had the magical ability to remain super chill and relaxed throughout it all. She never pushed a strict schedule and let us experience our day without feeling rushed. We were incredibly impressed how beautifully decorated our reception space was, she was so well organized and brought our vision to life perfectly. There were so many small moments that meant the world to us, like making sure we had drinks as soon as we walked into cocktail hour and having a taxi ready and waiting for us at the end of the night. We felt so special!!!
