Joggling Personal Best: 5km: 16min 56sec (Chase the Pace 5000m, June 2018) 10km: 35min 36sec (Navy 10K, August 2018) 21.1km : 1h17min09sec (Toronto Scotiabank Waterfron- Half Marathon, October 2018) 42.2km: 3h13min12sec (Boston Marathon April 2017)
