Jessica Simmonds is a dynamic and dedicated individual born and raised in Charlottetown. She is a mother to four incredible children. Jessica wants to extend her help on a larger scale by becoming a wedding commissioner.
She recently published A Spiritual Warrior's Path Series. Her passion for spirituality and community led her to return to her home province of Prince Edward Island after a decade in Toronto.
With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, teacher, and spiritual guide, Jessica has a wealth of knowledge and skills to offer her clients. She is the founder of Paramita Academy of Makeup Inc. In addition, she is certified in makeup artistry, hypnotherapy, advanced meditation, reiki level two, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Jessica has traveled to 22 countries and is fluent in Spanish.
Jessica recently ran in the 2023 Provincial Election as an Independent Candidate, and she is driven by her belief that we must find common unity and come together as a community. Her story of a single mother balancing the responsibilities of motherhood and entrepreneurship, combined with her passion for spirituality and community, makes Jessica a relatable and inspiring figure.
Becoming a marriage commissioner is an excellent opportunity for her to combine her public speaking skills and spirituality. In addition, working with couples and performing wedding ceremonies would be an absolute pleasure.
