Due to COVID 19 and restrictions - social distancing all these new rules for this summer
We have decided to postpone our show till the summer of 2021 when hopefully things are back to normal and we can have a great summer of music and fun with east coast music 🎶

Cailyn is an young accomplished fiddle player, releasing her debut fiddle CD entitled “Fortune Favours the Bow” in 2017 at the age of 14. Over the past number of years, Cailyn has fiddled at various festivals, ceilidhs and events across the Island and is also a step dancer .Fiddle has been a big part of Cailyn’s life and has allowed her to share her love for music!

Meet our musicians !

Jon Matthews is a sought-after music producer, recording engineer, and singer/multi-instrumentalist performer. He operates an award-winning recording studio, The Sound Mill, in addition to performing regularly in Canada and the US as a solo artist and sideman. Jon is Music PEI's reigning Producer of the Year for the 7th consecutive year, an 8-time nominee for ECMA 'Studio Engineer of the Year', and recipient of the 2013 ECMA Stompin' Tom Connors award, in recognition of his long-term contributions to the east coast music industry. His studio has been named Music PEI's 'Studio of the Year' multiple times, and is a 6-time nominee for ECMA's 'Studio of the Year'. Jon has shared his talents with an international TV audience of millions on Live! With Regis and Kelly, entertained cruise ship passengers from all over the globe, and reularly performs over 100 live dates a year, in addition to his busy recording schedule.

Welcome to our PEI East Coast Kitchen Party Page! Glad you stopped by. This summer Somerset Dance Studio will be hosting a summer event at Beaconsfield Carriage House in Charlottetown every Wednesday evening in July and August. We have some of PEI's great musicians joining us and some awesome Step Dancers to top it off! This show is for all ages, so bring your friends, neighbours for a great night of Celtic Music ! Our show will also be bringing in some Special Guests on certain nights, so keep watching our page and please feel free to SHARE, SHARE, SHARE.
