Hey there!! It's me, Alisha - the face behind Sakurah's Flower Studio! 🌞

My whole life I've been a big lover of flowers. Some of my earliest memories are helping Mom arrange dried flowers as gifts for friends and relatives. 🌸

Years later I got a summer job at a flower shop and just knew I had to keep working with flowers somehow! Eventually I went to NSCAD to study fine art and later completed my diploma of floral design! 📚

These days you can find me in my studio in Hunter River making pretty floral arrangements with my team for local weddings and events! 💐

We had so much fun making all of Kelly and Mc Leod's floral arrangements! I don’t often get to work with orchids, so when the time finally arrived to start designing in the studio - I got a little carried away. Fun fact: orchids were my fave flower when I first started working at a flower shop many moons ago. These days I can no longer choose a favourite because, well..., peonies and garden roses and asters - and can anyone really choose a favourite child??? But any and all orchids are like top of the TOP of the list.
