Saturday, December 21st, is the final MEET & GREET & PHOTO day with SANTA, BumBle, The GRINCH…and a very special guest joining Santa will be MRS. CLAUS! What a way to welcome in the first day of winter!

11AM - 2PM is the time to join the fun. This is a fundraiser event supporting NO CHILD WITHOUT A CHRISTMAS. $10 for one child, $20 for 2 or more children. Take your own photos of the kids, parents, grand parents, etc. as the kids enjoy this very interactive Meet with Santa.

Pets are welcome, we just asked they are friendly and leashed while on site. No cost, donations are appreciated if possible!

Also will have some vendors on site selling some great last minute Christmas items! No entry fee to come check them out. Look forward to seeing you on Saturday!

Hard to believe we are a week away from Christmas, which means we are down to our last 2 SANTA events at the ranch.

Thursday, December 19th from 5PM - 8PM, Saturday, December 21st from 11AM - 2PM,
FREE ENTRY to come visit and check out the vendors that will be on site for some great last minute Christmas buys! Here is a list of who will be attending this week!

Also, SANTA, BumBle and The Grinch will be on site for Meet & Greet & Photo sessions! Proceeds to support NO CHILD WITHOUT A CHRISTMAS! Don’t miss out on your chance for the best Santa Meet & Greet your child can experience!

Merry Thursday eveyone, hope your all staying warm! Santa Nights will still be happening tonight at the Rustic Ranch, for everyone still planning to come see SANTA, BumBle and The Grinch, from 5PM - 8PM! The meet & greet & photos are all inside the heated barn, so things will be nice and toasty for you!

However, with the high winds happening into the evening, and low temps, we have post-poned the vendor portion of the night, but will continue next week, December 19th & 21st! Sorry for any inconvenience. Have a great day!

Good day friends! Meet & Greet & Photos with SANTA, BUMBLE and the GRINCH is back this Thursday, December 12th from 5PM - 8PM. This is a fundraiser event, with proceeds supporting NO CHILD WITHOUT A CHRISTMAS.

Take your own photos, great opportunity to do single photos, group photos, family photos etc. $10 per child, with a cap of $30 for bigger families. (EX. 1 child = $10, 2 children = $20, 3 children = $30, 4+ children = $30) Each child will have their own opportunity to sit and chat with SANTA.

*PETS are welcome to come for photos for a $5 donation. For the safety and well-being of all, we kindly request that you keep your pets leashed or securely contained while visiting ; )*

Also, here is the vendor line-up for this week, lots of great local vendors with great gift ideas for your Christmas shopping! It’s FREE entry into the Ranch to come check them out, so come on out for visit, have a hot chocolate, and enjoy the Christmas spirit with the Rustic Ranch!

Happy Sunday…and welcome December! If your Christmas spirit hasn’t sparked yet, well I would say the countdown has officially started🎄! Here is a list of our vendors joining us this week for our 2nd Santa Night…Thursday December 5th, starting at 5PM, to help get your gift shopping started. FREE ENTRY to the property to come check it out!!!

For the kiddos, Santa will be on site with a couple special friends to have a Meet, Greet & Photo session! This is a fundraiser event, with proceeds supporting Good Fellows NO CHILD WITHOUT A CHRISTMAS. Just to clarify donation, for families with more than 3 kids, this will be capped at $30. (1 child = $10, 2 children = $20, 3 children = $30, 4+ children per household family = $30). Payments can be made cash or card. Take your own photos, plus we will also have volunteers on site to assist with taking photos to capture that amazing family photo with parents, grand parents, etc!

Just a few days away from Santa’s big arrival to the Rustic Ranch, Thursday, November 28th is night one from 5PM - 9PM. Here is a list of the vendors that are scheduled to be on site this week, there is no fee to come and check them out! They will be located inside our pavilion, so dress accordingly ; ). Remember all vendors will have their own method of payment options.

Meet & Greet & Photos with Santa, will take place inside the main barn. Pending on crowd size, the line-up could end up outside, so again dress accordingly. $10 per child, with proceeds supporting NO CHILD WITHOUT A CHRISTMAS! Cash or card are accepted as payment options. You will be able to take your own photos and we will also have volunteers on site to assist with taking photos if needed.

Merry Friday everyone, and welcome to the weekend! Now we are less then a week from the start of our Photos with Santa Nights…wanted to share with you our schedule of vendors joining us! (this schedule is subject to change). We thank them for wanting to take part, and taking in the festivities as we welcome Santa & some surprise friends to The Rustic Ranch.

Each vendor will have there own method of payments, so I don’t know if all will offer card service…so I would be prepared for that. Inside the Ranch, our donations supporting NO CHILD WITHOUT A CHRISTMAS, for Santa Meet & Greet & Photos, can be done cash or card. $10 per child, and you can take your own photos using your own camera source. We will have our volunteers on site to assist in taking photos for you, if you’re looking for a fun family shot!

Mark Your Calandars! Finally, after 5 years, the Rustic Ranch is happy to bring back our Photos with Santa Nights! If you’re looking for a great spot for the kiddos to meet Santa, drop off their letters to Santa, and take your Christmas Photos…look no further! We are excited to bring back this event with proceeds going to a great cause, NO CHILD WITHOUT A CHRISTMAS!

We will be having some local vendors on site on each of these nights, to possibly inspire some gift ideas! If anyone is looking to set up a booth with us, please send a DM for more info, spots have filled quick, but still have room for a few more!

Well, this is always a bittersweet post, as we today celebrate our last wedding of our 2024 season, and what a beauty day to close out on! One last look at the grounds today before our wedding gets underway.

I personally would like to thank all our great staff and vendors for everything you bring to our venue, it takes a team to make our place happen, and I got a great team. Also, big thanks to all our newlyweds that tied the knot at the ranch…we hope we gave you the best day to remember in your life together.

This year we ventured into some new ideas, with Caesar Nights seeming to be a hit idea! I have to thank all the guests that bought tickets to give us a try, all our entertainment that took the stage, vendors that took there time to be part of the events, and the bartenders for bringing there mixing creativity to all of us! We will be bringing Caesar Nights back next year…so stay tuned for dates…as well as some new ideas coming in 2025 ; ).

Last but not least….CHRISTMAS TIME is gonna be upon us here shortly….and we are happy to say we will be bringing Santa back to the ranch for meet & greets & photos for your family and kiddos! Stay tuned and we will be posting dates with our Santa schedule for the holiday season!

Hope everyone had a great first weekend of fall! I have just a small rant, to hopefully give some insight to people attending events, at any type of venue in the future. Can we ALL just try to be nice and respectful?

At the ranch, we have had great people that attend our events, but every once in a while you might run into one or two bad eggs. All venues that have a full AGCO Liquor License have to follow the rules laid out to them, it’s not our rules! It’s mainly 2 factors…1) you can’t bring your booze into the venue, nor can leave with booze from the venue. 2) you can’t smoke or v**e within the licensed area…even outside within licensed areas!

We’ve had a couple nights this season where certain guests believe they don’t have to follow the rules or they are above the law…even after being kindly reminded. Then they proceed to use verbal abuse, blowing smoke into a staff members faces or challenging staff to fight. It’s beyond uncalled for and is absurd to happen AT ALL over these simple rules, but even worse at someone’s wedding that your invited too.

So speaking on behalf of other licensed venues, restaurants/bars etc….and your gonna be a guest at any kind of event, please understand that we aren’t the ones making these rules we follow, and that we have to follow set rules to keep our license and venues running. There is quit a process involved with getting a license, and I know personally, I’m not gonna lose my license for anyone.

Happy Wednesday all…and Happy 8th Anniversary to us, The Rustic Ranch! An idea back in 2016 to host our nephews wedding 8 years ago, has now blossomed into what I’ve envisioned since day 1!

Lots of learning and challenges along the way, and I wouldn’t change it for the anything. This place ONLY runs with a great crew behind it, we all have our rolls in keeping the place looking and running like it needs too, and anyone that has had any part or say along the way, and to this day…please know how much your appreciated with your thoughts, suggestions and constant support!

When I say my brain don’t shut down, I will say I have lots of fun ideas coming for the ranch’s future. Weddings and events will hopefully continuously grow, and I will always put 110% behind any venture coming our way!

So from me personally…thank you to all our bride & grooms, all the guests who have attended a wedding or special event here, who have given us great feed back, it means the world to hear. And finally, this all can’t be done without these special people…Crystal, Emily, Ron, Brad, Kate, Craig and my music man DJ Keri…I think we make a pretty good team ; ) ❤️

Well it’s official, our first season of CAESAR NIGHTS is in the books, and after approximately 1,990 Caesars served over the contest…CONGRATS goes out to Zak & Crew for taking top spot, as voted by our guests!

I would now like to express my THANKS to everyone that helped make this first season a success. All the guests for attending, our competing bartenders, all the vendors, entertainers, our staff…and we can’t forget Mother Nature for being on our side each night! We had fun, and we hope you did also! ❤️

So next question is….do we do it again in 2025? Anyone who knows me, knows my mind doesn’t have an off switch…and there is some new ideas cooking…maybe we can TACO-BOUT it over MARGS??? Stay Tuned!!
