It's the final day of Chester Village Christmas and there's still so much Magic to Discover - from our Celebration of Trees to our Gingerbread Competition & Display Chester, NS plus IN-STORE SALES, wonderful contests, delicious creations and MORE! The Chester Farmers' & Artisan Market is hosting their Christmas Market at the Chester Legion - Branch 44, Chester Brass Band headlines a Christmas Show and the Chester Art Centre is hosting a lovely reception for their Mini Art Show Artists AND IN CASE YOU MISSED IT... The Merry Merchants of Chester Proudly Present the 16th Annual GINGERBREAD COMPETITION & DISPLAY ❤️🎅 Every year incredibly talented bakers full of creative drive, incredible imagination and Christmas Spirit create the most remarkable Gingerbread Houses and this year's lot will be on display all throughout Chester Village Christmas at the Chester Art Centre
EVERYONE IS INVITED TO VIEW, VOTE & BID all throughout the Chester Village Christmas Festival during the following hours
Friday, November 29th - 4pm to 8pm
Saturday, November 30th - 10am to 4pm
Sunday, December 1st - 10am to 3pm
Everyone will have a chance to vote for THE PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD with ballots on site as well folks can bid on the Gorgeous Gingerbread Houses via silent auction sheets with all the proceeds going to PROkids

WE ❤️EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOLIDAYS including the VERY MERRY 🎅That's why we're thrilled to share the news of the INCREDIBLE COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS CONCERT being hosted by the during this year's Chester Village Christmas.

It will take place on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1st at St.Stephen's Anglican Church with special guests The Seaside Acapella Choir along with The Chester Area Middle School Band. There will be FREE COOKIES and CIDER during intermission and a CAROL SING-A-LONG too!

Admission is Pay What You Can and ALL ARE WELCOME to enjoy the Sounds of the Season. Hope to See YOU there.

Starting at 12noon on Saturday, November 30th -TEAMS will vie for the CHESTER VILLAGE CHRISTMAS CUP and some REALLY GREAT PRIZES too!!! We'll supply the Goalie - YOU BRING YOUR TEAM OF 3 READY TO WIN!!! HE'S BEEN IN TRAINING ALL YEAR AND HE'S READY TO OUTRUN EVERYONE!!! We're so HAPPY to announce our great pal GINGY will be back to celebrate the SEASON with us and that includes his MUCH ANTICIPATED - GINGERBREAD FUN RUN. On Saturday, November 30th at 10am Runners are invited to rally at the corner of Queen + Pleasant - behind the barricade in front of The Village Emporium. Gingy will be there with his trainer to do some pre-run stretches with everyone and then you'll be off and running - around our GINGERBREAD FUN RUN ROUTE through the Seaside Village of Chester. Just so you know Gingy plans to out run you ALL but you can still try your best. There will be cookies for all the kids who run the full race and The Kiwi Cafe will have FREE Hot Chocolate out on their deck too! Then stay for the Chester Village Christmas - 2024 FESTIVE FUN FAIR happening right there on Pleasant. TALK ABOUT A CELEBRATION!!!
