Chestnut Springs is a Cidery and Wedding Venue located in Columbia Valley near Cultus Lake/Chilliwack.
We are looking for a full time employee to do the following:
Train and work with our Draft Horses which we use for our carriages for our weddings. Training will be provided.
Feed and Milk our East Friesen Dairy sheep.
Work in our cidery. You will learn the art of making cider.
Feed our chickens and collect eggs daily.
Clean and reset our Airbnb accommodations as required.
We can provide accommodation or you are welcome to bring your own...RV or Tiny House.
The job pays $52,000 per year.

Our Story

Bakery, catering, weddings & events. Chestnut Springs is your go-to for delicious food and memorable events in the Fraser Valley!

Bakery

Chestnut Springs Mobile Eatery (formerly Farm to Forno) provides a unique catering service in Yarrow, British Columbia, with specially outfitted antique trucks that serve as a mobile pizzeria. We can also offer pig roasts with all the fixings. We specialize in farm and backyard weddings, but also work with other groups looking for a casual and affordable event.

Our focus is to deliver a one-of-a-kind party experience. Our trucks pull up to the party location, heat up the wood-fired pizza oven, then start to make fresh, hot pizzas right on the spot. We bring a multitude of pizza toppings to create any traditional or gourmet pizza you desire. As the host, all you need provide are cold beverages for guests, plus any seating or shelter needed for the party.

Due to an overwhelming response to our catering experience, we recommend you reserve your date as far in advance as possible, especially if you are hosting a large event and more than one truck is required. Weekends, especially during the summer months, are our most popular and book about a year in advance. Parties are booked on a first come, first served basis. Meal service starts at the time you choose, and in the case of the pizza & salad menu we generally serve for two hours.

In addition to booking your event date, please make sure beforehand that our trucks are able to park at your venue. We need to park outdoors on a relatively flat, solid surface with enough room to set out our preparation area.

Wedding & Events

No matter what the occasion, we will plan and deliver an event to remember. Planning a wedding, anniversary, graduation party or corporate Event? We’ve got you covered.

We are a mobile catering service based out of Yarrow, British Columbia and we have also now added a beautiful event venue in the Columbia Valley – our new Chestnut Springs Farm Cidery.

Regardless of whether the event is at your venue or ours, our focus is to deliver a one-of-a-kind party experience for all of our clients. For casual and affordable events, we supply hand crafted, wood oven pizza and beverage services. We also offer pig roasts with all the fixings, from baked beans, to potatoes salad, to coleslaw and cornbread. We carry all the equipment necessary for the event and provide all the paper goods.

If you’re hosting at your venue, all you need provide are cold beverages for guests, plus any seating or shelter needed for the party. If you’re hosting at our venue, we provide shelter and seating and will help you with all the details.
