We are excited to announce that ground has broken next door for a brand new ✨BAKERY✨

Chef Meher will be mixing up some delicious breads, pastries, and lunches from scratch. You will also find coffee and refreshments made by talented baristas alongside a beautiful view of Clarenville.

✨WE ARE HIRING ✨

The Beaumont Venue is seeking a talented and reliable lead coordinator to join our team for a 12 month maternity leave contract with the possibility of extension. We are 100% locally owned and operated event and wedding venue located in Clarenville, NL.

As the lead coordinator you will be working with clients to bring their vision to life, through client meetings, event preparation, and being on-site for the event days.

Responsibilities:
-Working with clients to plan and facilitate their event
-Assisting with set up and tear down of ceremony and reception spaces, including tables, chairs, table settings, basic florals, backdrops and signage.
-Be the point of contact for the client throughout the day of the event
-Interacting with guests and the wedding party as required
-Assisting with logistics management of vendors
-Manage and schedule venue assistants
-Various office and social media responsibilities
-Other duties as required
Qualifications:
-Attention to detail and eye for design
-Work well under pressure and ability to problem solve
-Be reliable and timely
-Effective communication skills
-Professionalism and a positive attitude
-Ability to work flexible hours
-Time-management
-Team player
