My Name is Shadow Revel and i specialize in Alberta Wedding & Event Catering! I am a Passionate Red Seal Chef, Professional Custom Cake Artist & Owner here at Prairie Stone Catering! I live in Claresholm- Alberta with my Amazing Husband, Ian Revel & 2 kids; Keianna & Jax!

I incorporated all of my Childhood memories in the kitchen with the years i’ve spent as a Professional Chef to create Prairie Stone Catering! It turns out the foundation of my Albertan home style cooking was in my mom raising her own cows, pigs, chickens and turkeys, & Growing & Sourcing local produce. Everything i create is from the beginning using a seasonal and local source - prepared fresh just for your event! From my Mom’s Pie dough recipe, to the caramel filling in my from scratch baked cakes, local yukon potatoes grown by the Granum Hutterite colony, i try to always stick with a local vendor. I am half Filipino on my Dad’s side and i deeply LOVE to cook Asian food. I am versed in many different types of Cuisine, and i love to play around with different flavors in the kitchen. I have incorporated Custom Baking & Cake Creations into my Catering Business & i am truly passionate about Pastry Arts as well!

This will be my fourth year, in Business with Prairie Stone Catering and i am very excited for this new year ahead of me! Currently i use the kitchen at the Journey’s Center in Claresholm to Create my Caterings and Desserts!
