Hi everyone! We wanted to take a moment to give everyone a quick refresher on our policies!

- We take pre-payment for all orders! This ensures our time and supplies are not wasted and holds your install/delivery spot for custom or bigger orders.

- There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on custom orders, these orders require us to order special colours and sizes. We only keep a handful of stock for our bouquets and you would truly be surprised by the amount of balloons we use to create our arches and garlands! Please do not place your order until you are absolutely sure and if you have any questions about cost breakdown please ask before we finalize and charge your card. There is no need to rush this process, and questions are always welcome.

- All equipment used in our setups is required to be returned undamaged within 7 days or you will be required to pay to have it replaced.

- Delivery/install/teardown is not included in balloon pricing.
