We’re Hiring – Join Our Fun and Fast-Paced Team!
Wolf Pack Bounce Houses is looking for 2-3 reliable, energetic, and safety-conscious individuals to join our Event Setup Crew. You’ll play a key role in delivering fun across the Lakeland area by helping set up, monitor, and take down bouncy houses and party equipment at festivals, birthdays, school events—and larger events like Mudfest.
If you like being outdoors, interacting with people, and want a physically active job where you’re helping create memorable experiences for families, this could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Load, transport, set up, and take down inflatable bouncy houses and related equipment.
· Supervise bounce house units during events, ensuring safe and proper use at all times.
· Monitor inflatables for long periods (e.g., up to 8 hours outdoors during multi-day events).
· Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed.
· Provide friendly, professional service and engage positively with kids and families on-site.
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license.
· Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check.
· Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment with assistance.
· Comfortable working outdoors, including in sun or varying weather.
· Willing to work evenings, weekends, and multi-day events.
· Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
· Bounce House Attendant Safety Certification (will be provided – all staff are required to be trained under ADARSA guidelines).

For those of you that don't know, I run this business with my four young kids! I started this business to help kids with disabilities. I wanted families to know they are not alone in the struggle of raising kids with mental health, or physical disabilities. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where all kids can be kids. Our newest unit is on site unfortunately this unit did come to us with a few markings not seen in photos, this all white unit will be a hit at your next party we are renting it out for $250/4 hours we set up and tear down if you have e balloons we are happy to set them up for you! Since this colour did not due well we want to make it unique so we will bring paint with us and allow you to put your parties handprints on the outside of the unit at set up!!

Please keep in mind for outdoor events we will not set up over 18km/h winds or Rain. Also huge shout out to Liam Gray for helping us out and working on His birthday. Happy Birthday dude!!!
