When visiting Braestone Farm, you may notice a new approach to our maple sap collection. This year, we have transitioned to a gravity-fed system, utilizing blue tubing to direct sap into a single collection barrel. This method is expected to significantly increase efficiency and double our sap yield, allowing us to produce a greater quantity of maple syrup. We look forward to a productive season and the opportunity to share our syrup with you.

We are excited to announce the Braestone Spring Market, happening on May 24th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This is a one-day, outdoor-only market for vendors.
