To all engaged couples who are in the planning stages of their wedding.

Let me help you. Most people don't think of a Day-of Wedding Coordinator.

As the day-of wedding coordinator I will assist you both on your wedding day and ensures the event progresses according to plan. I will alleviate stress during both the final planning days of the wedding and the actual wedding day by focusing on the logistics. As a Wedding coordinator I will be the supervisor during the event.

I will act as the point of contact for all your vendor’s so you don’t’ need to answer a single question on you wedding day. Perhaps most importantly, as the day-of coordinator I will be responsible for the wedding's timeline. Because couples hire the venue, caterers, and photographer for an allotted period, the wedding timeline must stay on track. As the coordinator I evaluate and manipulate the schedule as needed throughout the day. When unforeseen events happen (because they will), I will reorder the plan to seamlessly alter the day without you or your families stressing or being affected negatively.

As the day-of coordinator I will also communicate with the vendors to smoothly manage the day. Understanding your vision for the wedding, I will answer any questions and organize the various contributors to your wedding. This responsibility allows you and your families to savor each moment and trust the wedding day to operate smoothly.

As the coordinator I will ensure each honored member of the family or wedding party enters the ceremony in the correct, timely order. I will be responsible for ordering the ceremony and ensuring it is seamless.

I had the pleasure to perform a beautiful wedding ceremony this past weekend at Humber Valley Resort. The wedding was held inside Eagle's Perch. The staff was fabulous and the backdrop was stunning. Congratulations to the newlyweds. It was my pleasure to be part of your special day.

Neddies Harbour Inn is a beautiful place for a ceremony. Today's weather was beautiful all day then it started raining alot just before the ceremony but luck was on the couples side and mother nature stopped to let the ceremony continue outside just as the couple wanted. Congratulations to the beautiful couple. Enjoy the rest of your night.
