My heart sank as I passed by my old place and saw big dumpster with all my hard/expensive work just trown away and place gutted. I hope and pray for support for the next tenant cause it sure drained my pocketbook, health and passion to try to bring something different and unique to Cornwall. Although I did meet some wonderful people, had great experiences, and walked literally away with proud accomplishments that I will never forget.

Don't feel like cooking tomorrow???? I have just finished making GREEK REGANATI(Greek-style chicken and potatoes with roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Can package for family dinners. You just have to warm up.
