Unbridled is for the modern wild spirited bride. We carefully curate our shop with the most beautiful designers of non-traditional wedding dresses and jewellery. Our collection of free-flowing romantic dresses and sleek modern designs, will spark your inner spirit and celebrate your unique style and vision for your intimate day. When I eloped at the age of 22, my wedding was magical and intimate, my only regret is not wearing a wedding dress. At the time, I looked and looked but didn't find a dress that fit my bohemian style. Traditional dress designs I was seeing didn't suit the vision of my wedding. I wanted to be me. I needed something different. I've been a hair and makeup artist for over 11 years, non-traditional brides and weddings have been woven throughout my career. I'm honoured to have helped to complete the vision for brides when it comes to their special day. Unbridled was born as a natural extension to help brides create a look that is authentically them, through finding their wedding dress and accessories to bring their vision of their special day to life. My vision of Unbridled began in the spring of 2018 and our brick and mortar shop in Courtenay, British Columbia opened December 2018.
