Just Digging Plants Greenhouse just south of Cremona is open from 10:00 till 6:00 everyday. Lots of beautiful hanging baskets! A few hanging tomato and cucumber baskets left. All kinds of pepper plants from green bell to crazy hot like Ghost and Habanero. A wide variety of flowers, herbs, veggies, strawberries and basket stuffers. Just Digging Plants Greenhouse just south of Cremona - the official opening is Friday, May 10, open from 10:00 till 6:00 everyday. Our hanging baskets are in and are gorgeous! The greenhouse is full, lots of Mothers Day items. Our cucumber baskets already have cucumbers and our tumbler tomato baskets are starting to get ripe tomatoes and we have all kinds of pepper plants from green bell to crazy hot like Ghost and Habanero. We have a wide variety of flowers, herbs, veggies, basket stuffers and also lots of large and small custom baskets including lettuce and herb baskets. We are delaying our official opening until next Friday May 10th as we have not received our hanging flower basket order and we are just not quite ready. If you really need something you think we might have you could drop by as we will be working in the greenhouse most of the time. The greenhouse is getting full just not organized yet. Our cucumber baskets already have cucumbers and our tumbler tomato baskets are starting to get ripe tomatoes. Just Digging Plants Greenhouse just south of Cremona will be opening on May 4 from 10:00 AM till 6:00, then open every day until July. We have been very busy getting our plants growing and so far its looking good. If you would like to reserve some custom baskets let us know and we can put them together for you. We will have our usual large selection of hanging flower baskets, hanging tumbler tomato baskets and cucumber baskets and lots of bedding plants - petunias, pansies, marigolds, lobelia and lots of other flowers, herbs and veggies and basket stuffers. All kinds of pepper plants from green bell to crazy hot like Ghost and Habanero and lots of tomato varieties in large containers. The season starts on Sunday May 19 and ends October 6 for a total of 21 market days. Cost is $30 for individual markets and there are reduced seasonal rates available. There is more information about these costs and schedule in the application form. This is an Alberta Approved Farmers Market.
If you know of other vendors that may be interested please share this page with them. We are especially interested in food vendors and a food truck and vendors who make/bake/grow their own products.

We have changed our mind and decided to open. After all of the positive feedback we realized that our greenhouse business is valuable to many people in the area. We will be cutting back our quantities and varieties to simplify the operation and will concentrate on our primary products - hanging flower, tomato and cucumber baskets, herbs, some flowers and some veggies. We will be open on May 11 and will be taking preorders for custom baskets. See you then. Ann and Don

Unfortunately we are not opening Just Digging Plants Greenhouse this season. Too much work and other issues to deal with. We will miss the daily visits from so many of you and we hope you can find alternative sources for your flowers and vegetables. Thanks for your business in the past, Ann and Don
