🧅peel off outer layer
🧅thinly slice OR cut horizontal and vertical
twice for diced pieces

Thank you to everyone who participated in our scone guessing game! It was so fun to see all the predictions of our scone total! Last year we produced 7,559 scones! The winner of 12 scones a week for a month, with a guess of 7540 was Claudia M Garton Rodriguez! Congratulations.
