Rules to consider cooking a good steak:
- Choose a good quality steak.
- Let it rest twice (at least 30 minutes before cooking and 5-7 minutes after the cooking).
- Cover lightly with the olive oil and season well, but not too much;
- Have two cooking zones (hot and cold).
- Don't worry how often you flip your steak.
- Check inside temperature during the cooking.
- Remember that steak continues to cook while resting.
- Enjoy your steak with side dishes family and friends.
