I made mostly wedding cakes this summer, like a lot of wedding cakes. But this is one of my favourite. โค๏ธ
Itโs for our favourite fun uncle and his new wifey. No joke Iโve been literally waiting to make this cake for yeeeeears. Itโs like a dream come true for myself lol.
Made an earl grey cake with lavender vanilla buttercream made with culinary grade lavender from in Salt Spring. They even had the perfect customized wedding topper from .
Itโs also one of the most perfect weddings Iโve attended. It was so wonderful, so thoughtful. Bonus that it was so good my kids did not fuss AT ALL and parties till one of them literally dropped. Also a perfect ending was the bubble tea truck from .๐ง
