My goal is to help brides-to-be look and feel their best so they can confidently say "yes" to their wedding dress. I want them to walk down the aisle with confidence and grace, knowing they look and feel amazing. Whether it's sculpting a toned body or simply feeling confident in their own skin, I am here to help brides-to-be make their wedding day dreams a reality.

Together, we can create a personalized fitness & nutrition program that takes into account your body type, fitness level, and specific needs to provide maximal results. My approach to weight loss is different from traditional methods, as I do not believe in restrictive diets or excessive exercise.

Vancouver's most loved cocktail-style wedding show is returning for the 4th year. The only show that is less of a tradeshow and more of a soirée!

What began as just the Groom Show is now its own wedding showcase meant to inspire and educate Vancouver couples in a warm, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere with a concierge service desk to help you find the perfect vendors.

Come enjoy a complimentary glass of wine (with your ticket), jaw-dropping fashions by luxurious bridal boutiques, the intricacies of majestic Indian weddings, and of course the Man Cave with lots of fun for the gents!
