A few other recipes I have been working on. Smoked Mexican Corn salad. With a smoked stuffed chicken vreast with ricotta and asparagus wrapped in bacon. Smoked chicken wraps with homemade tzatziki. My new all time favorite almost up for grabs is a smoked trail mix. Different flavors, salty, sweet heat, Connie's secret spice. And new spices, sauces and jams coming

Had an amazing time catering two amazing couples weddings. From smoked chicken, Brisket, to 14 smoke prime ribs (didn't get a picture of the prime rib) These two were so far my absolute favorite to as they included the cocktail hour. If you know of anyone getting married send them Mt way. Let's see if we can make some magical food for your magical day!!!
