We are looking for a new member of our amazing team
This time we are looking for a Full-Time Driver.

Your responsibility would be to ensure timely, safe and effective delivery of flowers for our clients. You will be also asked to use our mobile app to send confirmations to our clients upon delivery as well as make occasional phone calls. You will be expected to work major floral holidays.

Requirements:

Clean driving record
English and French conversational ability
Neat and clean dress-code
Customer skills both verbal and written (text messages and phone calls)
Ability to work alone
Proactiveness
Planning and time management skills
This is a permanent position Monday to Friday. You are expected to help in store (pick up flowers from our supplier, stock up on supplies, small help in store, such as garbage, buckets with water etc.)

We provide you with the company's van and company's phone.

MOMS REMEMBERED ON MOTHER'S DAY!!

This Mother's Day has been like no other, in many ways. We have been overwhelmed with the needs of so many to show gratitude and love to moms all over the City with the beautiful gift of flowers.

Working with a shortened bench of staff and drivers, due to Covid19, and the hundreds of early orders for Mom's Day, has
unfortunately required that we shut down our website and refuse so many orders. We are sincerely regretful for having to
limit our design and deliveries and disappoint some of our most loyal customers.

In over 40 years of serving the needs of our community, we have never felt more needed and unfortunately more at the mercy of the current circumstances. Thankfully, many of our loyal and first time customers have been understanding and gracious under the circumstances.

Our design staff and drivers have worked tirelessly in meeting the demands of our orders and we are grateful for their loyalty,
dedication to their work and grace under pressure.

The next few days shall demand our best from all of us and shall not soon be forgotten, as when flowers spoke words that
warmed the hearts of all our moms, while we were supposed to keep our distance, and look forward to when we could kiss and embrace them, as we always did before.

Stay strong, this too shall pass !

HAPPY EASTER
It has been an Easter like no other!
Although our physical store has been mandated to close during this perilous time, your phone and online orders have kept us hopping like never before. I must thank all of you who have placed your trust and confidence in us during this very difficult time.

It has been an honour to serve you in sending your expressions of love and affection to family and loved ones. Our flowers hopefully have adequately expressed your intentions, and have brought comfort and joy to those that needed it most during this Easter time.

In our over 44 years of providing our beautiful gift of flowers to
our communities, this year may be our most memorable. It has been most gratifying to know that we may have played a part in mending the broken hearts, the pain of separation, the stresses of the unknown and the realities of fear and longing.j

While access to food and medicine is of utmost importance during this COVID-19 crisis, the mental health needs of our population must also be taken into account. The Terrafolia family has been offering delivery for over 44 years, so just like other e-commerce providers, couriers, and other delivery services, we are well equipped to get our flowers to consumers while adhering to the guidelines expected of every good citizen.

WE ARE OPEN (ONLINE)

As you may know, all retail walk-in stores have been mandated to close their doors to the public for a period of three weeks, if not longer!

However, operations via our online store may continue.

Undoubtedly, we have all been seriously impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our family, as well as yours, have been asked to physically distance ourselves from each other in order to control the spread of this virus, and eventually overcome this challenge.

Let me assure you that we are practicing all of the recommended protocol regarding sanitation, physical distancing, and all measures implemented for everyone's protection.

We may be prejudiced in considering our floral services as an increasingly crucial ingredient in the spiritual, aesthetic and emotional life of our customers. However, you may also have heard that the giving and receiving of flowers, especially during stressful and uncertain times, have proven to be therapeutic in enhancing and improving our wellness.

During the next several weeks, we hope to have the opportunity of continuing to serve our loyal customers and those yet to experience our Terrafolia floral delivery services.

This unprecedented determination has been approved by all parties in order to alleviate the stresses and expectations of our customers in demonstrating their love and affection for their friends and lovers this year,
