I wanted to mention that Everybody's Gym is offering a number of services at the Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In August and the first week of September they are free , particularly while the construction outside, as well as inside continues to refresh our premises. At least that's what I tell myself with a 20-foot d**e of mud out our front door for almost 3 weeks now. They say it will be driveable after tomorrow. We would love to have you join us at no charge over the next 3 weeks. This week we are doing a Full-Spectrum Red Light Therapy with Meditation, followed by Face Yoga at 5:00, and then ecstatic dance at 6:00. We are going to do Stone Therapy Massage again next week.
