The Round Hearth

Dear family, friends and friends who have become family,

Having been closed for 2 ½ years due to Covid-19, it is with mixed emotions- sadness and relief- that we are announcing the sale of our beautiful Round Hearth.

We have not sold our home or field behind it.

For those who have contributed to our Go Fund Me campaign, because of your generosity, we were able to avoid bankruptcy.

And so, after almost 50 years, another chapter in our lives begins:

RETIREMENT!

Unfortunately because of Covid, and the closure in March 2020, Robert and Sandra we’re unable to continue running the beautiful centre. Barbara and Gabi are back in the saddle again.
Thanks so much for your support. We will survive this crisis.

The Takacs family is happy to announce that as of February 2020 Barbara and Gabi have started their well deserved retirement!

The Round Hearth will continue to be a family operated business, headed by their eldest son Rob and his wife Sandra.
The family is looking forward to hosting your events!
