Kelly Pollitt is an aspiring western lifestyle photographer, wife to rancher and horseman Shane Pollitt, and mother of 3, Jayce, Stran and Peyten. Both her parents were a part of the rodeo world, so when she married Shane, there was no surprises to the lifestyle. Shane & Kelly have taken over Shane’s family ranch, in central Alberta area. They raise performance horses, beef and corriente cattle fo

r stock contracting to rodeos. With their own ranching, and helping family and friends, Kelly is able to capture the essence of the western way of life. I’ve learned to embrace the changes that are happening. I don’t necessarily like them all the time, but I learn to adapt and grow with them. And sometimes the changes that happen, are just what I needed to grow.
