Excitement levels are through the roof as we're just days away from the most epic night of the year! But before we dive into the madness, we've got some exciting updates to share with you. 🌟

🗺️ Event Map Unveiled!
Your feedback from last year has been invaluable, and we've been hard at work to enhance your experience this year. To ensure that every moment at SCREAM is unforgettable, here's what we've done:

🌟 VIP Area Upgrade: We've repositioned the VIP area to offer better views for our VIP while still ensuring that GA fans don't have any bottlenecks. It's all about maximizing your enjoyment!

🥂 More Bars, More Service: Say goodbye to long queues! We've added a substantial number of bars throughout the venue, including within the VIP area, to keep those drinks flowing smoothly. If you find yourself in a long queue, give one of our other bars a try!

💧 Stay Hydrated: Hydration is key! We've increased the number of water stations to keep you refreshed and ready to dance the night away.

🚗 Efficient Pick-Up/Drop-Off Zones: No more traffic hassles! We've created designated areas for UBER, TAXI, and ride-sharing services to keep the flow smooth along with a post-event shuttle service.

🚙 Optimized Parking: For your convenience, the northeast side of the parking lot is exclusively for shuttles, taxis, and ride-sharing, while the southeast side is for public parking.

🔊 Enhanced Sound: We've amped up the sound experience with reinforced delays and side fills, ensuring that every beat hits you like never before!

🎟️ Beware of Scammers: Your safety is our priority! Avoid ticket scams by only purchasing tickets from trusted sources. We've seen an all-time high amount of fraudsters selling tickets. Please do not fall their scams!

Please ARRIVE EARLY!!! Give yourself enough time for potential traffic, parking, security, and ingress.

We're committed to making SCREAM 2023 the best one yet, and these improvements are just the beginning. Get ready for an unforgettable night!

It is with great regret that we must announce the postponement of SCREAM 2021. Under the continuing health guidance of AHS & The City of Edmonton, it has become clear that we simply will not be able to make the festival happen this year. Despite our efforts to move Heaven & Earth, the critical care capacity in the Edmonton Zone ICU remains significantly over capacity - and Edmonton’s Electronic Dance Music Inter-Agency Panel has made it clear that this event cannot proceed as planned. At this time, Boodang remains committed to reducing the impact of COVID-19 in our healthcare system and is complying with all official recommendations.

We cannot begin to express our disappointment with this decision or how sorry we are that it has come to this, but please know that we did everything within our power to try and prevent this from happening.

Rest assured - many months of work on the labyrinth, art installations, stage designs, and decor will not go to waste. We are pleased to announce that SCREAM WILL BE BACK on October 29th, 2022 at the Edmonton Expo Centre. A majority of the line-up will remain intact (more on this later as we work through the final confirmations and logistics).

All tickets purchased will be automatically transferred to October 29th, 2022. All ticket holders also have the option to transfer their ticket(s) to Frequency on February 20th, 2022 (Edmonton Expo Centre), or request a refund. Scream SOLD OUT over a month in advance, so we recommend that all ticket-holders hang on to their tickets. Please check your emails in the next couple of days for instructions and if you scheduled a COVID-19 rapid test, you will automatically be refunded. Please remain patient with us as we navigate this process.

We want to thank Vignettes, Big Art, All Star Show Industries, and the Edmonton Expo Centre for helping us try and execute our vision this year. Most importantly, we want to thank YOU for supporting us. We are so very grateful, and we WILL see you soon.

It’s been over 555 days since we’ve been able to get WAVY with you. Thank you for being patient with us while worked through the logistics of rescheduling artists and finding new dates that worked for everyone. A massive shout-out to all those that held onto their tickets - you put your faith in us and have remained understanding through the entire process. It’s your commitment and loyalty that got us through the challenges of last year, and we are pleased to announce that SOUNDWAVE will return on November 26th, 2021! We’ve worked hard to secure the exact same line-up that was originally offered - STEVE AOKI, TIMMY TRUMPET, NERVO, MIDNIGHT KIDS, & SEELO will all be performing at the return of SOUNDWAVE!

If you currently have tickets - these will be valid at the gate for NOVEMBER 26th, 2021. If you cannot attend on NOVEMBER 26th, 2021 your tickets will be valid towards any other SOUNDWAVE in 2021 or 2022.

A Message from the Boodang Family:

We have opted to cancel our Snails shows in both Edmonton and Calgary. Tickets purchased for the Calgary show have been automatically refunded, and our event at Union Hall’s outdoor stage will proceed, this time with a new headliner. We’re pleased to announce that WHIPPED CREAM will now be headlining the outdoor stage on July 17th. All tickets purchased through SHOWPASS remain valid. Should anyone want a refund due to this change, please email [email protected].

Vancouver Island based WHIPPED CREAM, aka Caroline Cecil, has spent her life fully immersed in music. Transcending multiple genres, her style can only really be described as ‘limitless’. She has played at prestigious venues and festivals such as HARD Summer, Shambhala and Electric Zoo, and is currently signed to Big Beat Records. She will be supported by Edmonton’s own Dowski ft C.A, Cloud 13, and Delete.This at Union Hall on July 17th, and we look forward to platforming more female talent in the future.

We apologize for our delayed response on this matter as we have been working through the internal logistics regarding cancellations, rebookings, etc. Fostering a culture of consent and accountability is an essential part of both Boodang and Union Hall’s respective missions, and together, we are committed to producing events with artists who align with our fundamental values. We are grateful for those who called us in over the past few weeks and moving forward, we will strive to work with our community to create safe spaces for electronic music fans, near and far.

To our dear friends / fans:

Approximately a year ago, our business + many others were devastated by a world wide health crisis that put a halt to all mass gatherings and concerts. It's been an incredibly difficult time for many of us in the music entertainment industry.

The dance floor has always been a place where we could express ourselves and find solidarity while being immersed in the music. Creating and sharing dance floor memories has always been, and will continue to be the pillar of our business.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. It is estimated that between July - September 79million - 100% of our population will have the ability to be vaccinated. So with that in mind, we have made the decision to return in the fall of 2021 with our first post pandemic massive - SCREAM.

There are a lot of moving parts right now - but we wanted to share with you what we're currently working on. To give you hope and something positive to look forward to. More details will be released in the coming weeks. We can't wait to see your faces back on the dance floor.
