I am a professionally trained DJ with experience providing sound to a wide variety of events, and a vast music library to cater to every taste. Salsa, Samba, Flamenco, Bellydance, Ballroom, disco, line dancing, plain old flailing around - you name it, chances are, I’ve tried it! It’s my mission to you and your guests move, and I dedicate myself to making that perfect sound - both familiar and unex
pected - to create the perfect ambiance for your event. Every step of the way I will dedicate myself to making sure things sound exactly how you want them to. As a classically trained pianist and choir singer, I have been involved in music since I was a child. When I travelled to South America in high school, I discovered a passion for Latin Music. I was also blown away by the sights and sounds of Carnaval and the noise and spectacle of Brazillian Samba. I went onto to DJ a Latin Fusion show during Queen’s University at CFRC Campus and Community Radio and joined a group called Soul Shakedown dedicated to playing music from all over the world, at dances for not-for-profit events. I also played drums as part of a Samba band based out of Queen’s University. Following graduation, I took a hiatus for several years, before starting again as a professional events DJ in 2018. I love everything from singing under the stars by a campfire, to shaking it to techno in a packed club. I have played at every imaginable venue, from an elegant ballroom at Fairmount Hotel MacDonald to a rodeo stadium in rural alberta, from golf courses to greenhouses, curling clubs and street corners.
