Frequent question I get asked: what do you do with the balloons after.

Depending on the condition after a celebration it’s either a pop and toss, deflate and use the balloons again (those balloons are for my personal use when practicing something) OR create a standing or hanging garland like this

Too cute not to share. I rarely do balloons if kiddo is either home or awake. Usually he will hang with Baba or Grandma during the day if needed or I do them when he goes to bed. Today he had the chance to go grocery shopping with daddy or stay with me but understood mommy had to work. He asked if he could help so in usual how to entertain a 5 year old fashion made it a competition. Got a few rounds out of him but thought it was pretty cute he wanted to hang with me and help. Still a momma’s boy and love it even when I lost and received a few Stone Cold Steve Austin’s finishing move the “stunner”

Using the double-stuffed method for this weekends set up. Stuffed “goldenrod” with “brown” to slightly change the appearance. Bottom is goldenrod on its own, top is double stuffed.

Double-stuffed balloon is a technique where one balloon is placed inside another before inflating.

What is double stuffing?

🎈Placing one balloon inside another balloon.
🎈When inflated, they create a custom colour or finish by combining the colours of both balloons.

Why use double stuff balloons?

🎈To create custom colours.
🎈To change the finish or opacity.
🎈Makes colours look more opaque and solid (less transparent).
🎈To match brand or event colours if the exact shade isn’t sold by manufacturers.
