All right, here we go (again lol).
I have picked up a new truck and it is just coming out of the mechanics and will be on its way to Chris @ Brothers Fabrication shortly to start the rebuild!

Super excited and looking forward for an early start to the season in the spring considering last year was a pile of ashes!

This one is slightly smaller coming in at a length of 19 feet, so losing 3 feet in the kitchen but I've worked in smaller so I know I will be able to manage it providing I am happy with the lay out which is still being played with.

So it wasn't a super night last night.
After months of prep, build delays and so on, I finally had my truck and was just getting to a point that I was able to secure a few contracts to start moving it forward and this happened.
No Idea how, no gas was on, just the smoker.

Hopefully I can figure it out with Insurance to get rebuilt again sooner than later.

I wanted to thank everyone for both their patience as I delayed and their support as I got ready to go but unfortunately it will be a bit before I am able to get back out there.

I look forward to eventually being able to bring you into the world of smoke!
