We catered a wedding this weekend that we won’t forget anytime soon. The bride shared that her guests were still talking about the food well into the night and there was so much left, she ended up sending them home with little take-away bundles. How sweet is that?

Dinner was a mix of smoked brisket, BBQ chicken, roasted potatoes, cheesy perogies, grilled veggies, and warm buns with butter. The salads included Caesar, Greek, and our much-loved dill pickle pasta salad.

It’s always an honour to be part of a celebration like this. We’re just grateful we could help make the day even more special.

We had such a great time catering out in Barrhead this weekend at the beautiful Garden View Estates. What a perfect spot for a celebration!

The food was a big hit! We served up a classic barbecue spread with juicy grilled meats, creamy mashed potatoes, loads of colourful veggies, and a bunch of our favourite homemade salads. Comfort food at its best.

We heard so many kind compliments throughout the evening, and there were plenty of leftovers to pack up and send home with the happy couple.

Not every catering company says yes to the small jobs—but we do!

Last week, we got a call from someone looking to treat a few of his customers to a hot lunch. Nothing big, just good food and good people. And we were more than happy to help!

On the menu:
Cheddar perogies, Kolbasa, drinks and dessert to finish it off.

Simple, hearty, and made with love. They were extremely happy and so were we! Whether it’s a crowd of two hundred or lunch for just a handful, we believe everyone deserves a great meal.

Dropped off lunch today for the team at South Edmonton Oral Surgery. They went with a mix of fresh sandwiches, wraps, and our Greek salad.

We got the nicest feedback: “The staff absolutely loved it—and there was enough food for a week!” That put a huge smile on our faces because feeding people well is what we love to do. Thanks for having us be part of your day!

A Huge Thank You (and a Big We’re Sorry!)

Yesterday at New Sarepta was one for the books—easily the busiest day we’ve ever had out there. From the moment we opened, the line never let up. It was non-stop, and we didn’t even get a moment to catch our breath!

We want to sincerely apologize to anyone who experienced long wait times or didn’t get the meal they were hoping for. We even ran out of food—which is something we never want to happen. We simply weren’t expecting that kind of crowd and didn’t have the equipment to keep up.

To the gentleman who was upset—we completely understand your frustration, and we’re truly sorry we couldn’t serve you better.

But we also want to say a heartfelt thank you to the amazing kids (and their awesome parents) who showed us so much patience and kindness in the middle of all the chaos. You reminded us why we love doing what we do.

We’re taking this as a learning experience and will be better prepared next time. Thank you for sticking with us—even when things got a little wild!

Yesterday we were out at Hofstra Farms, and what a neat experience it was! With the sun shining and the scent of the grill in the air, we served up mouthwatering barbecued burgers, creamy pasta salad, and my homemade Caesar salad that always gets rave reviews. It was a perfect evening for great food and friendly competition at the Thistle Curling Club, where we had the pleasure of catering supper for their recent golf tournament.

On the menu was a hearty and flavourful spread featuring tender 8 oz barbecued steaks hot off the grill, cheesy hashbrown potato casserole, homemade baked beans, grilled vegetables, and a fresh duo of salads—crisp Caesar and vibrant Mediterranean.

The feedback was incredible—so many generous compliments from guests who truly appreciated a hearty, homemade meal after a day on the course.

This weekend’s wedding was a beautiful celebration filled with love, laughter, and an unforgettable meal. The guests arrived hungry—and we’re happy to say they left full and satisfied.

The menu featured slow-roasted beef carved right at the buffet, roasted chicken, garlicky mashed potatoes, buttery perogies with sautéed onions, and a fresh selection of salads including Caesar, Dill Pickle Pasta, and Greek, alongside seasonal vegetables.

We received so many kind words throughout the evening, including:
“That was the best meal I’ve ever had at a wedding.”

It was a joy to send the happy couple home with plenty of delicious leftovers to enjoy after their big day.

This Saturday was something special—we had the honour of catering both lunch and dinner for a beautiful multi-generational gathering. It was a family reunion and a celebration with an incredible milestone: Mom’s 90th birthday!

We served up a fresh and light lunch with assorted sandwiches, fruit and veggie trays, then fired up the grill for supper with our homemade barbecued burgers—a crowd favourite, of course! 🍔

🎉 What a sweet way to wrap up the school year!

Today was our very last lunch of the year, and to celebrate, every kid who ordered got a surprise ice cream sandwich—the smiles were priceless and made our day! And a big congrats to Ty, who won free lunch for next year!
