What a wedding! Nick & Taylor’s big day on Saturday was nothing short of amazing. The buffet was stacked with roast beef & gravy, oven roasted chicken with cream dill, stuffed potatoes, stuffing, veggies, fresh salads, and fruit trays. Let’s just say… not many people stopped at one plate. The rave reviews kept coming all night, and we couldn’t be happier for this wonderful couple!

We’re so excited to have joined the Medical Imaging Catering rotation group!

This Monday was our very first delivery to the radiologists, and we packed up Greek Chicken Bowls and Mongolian Beef Bowls, making sure every special dietary need was looked after.

The best part was hearing how much they enjoyed it! Such kind words and rave reviews. We’re really looking forward to cooking for them again soon.

Another beautiful wedding in a sweet little hall tucked away in the fields of Fort Saskatchewan 🌾💍

The bride and groom were absolutely wonderful, and it was such a joy to serve them and their guests! They chose a hearty Ukrainian-inspired meal featuring carved roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy, fresh Caesar and garden salads, cheddar perogies, cabbage rolls, and our famous perishke in creamy dill sauce.

The room was full of happy compliments (our favourite kind!) and there was more than enough food to go around with even leftovers for the newlyweds to take home and enjoy.

Nothing makes us happier than being part of such special days!

Our first of two weddings this Saturday took us out to the beautiful Go Hard Ranch. On the menu was a classic lineup of crowd favourites:

🍗 Oven Roasted Chicken
🥔 Mashed Potatoes with Gravy & Rice Pilaf
🥦 Grilled Veggies
🥗 Potato Salad, Caesar Salad & Dill Pickle Pasta Salad
🍪 Plus platters of our homemade baking!

It’s no surprise many of these dishes are requested time and time again, they’re always a hit! Guests enjoyed plenty of food, with tons of leftovers, and we were so grateful for the amazing compliments throughout the evening. ❤️

On Saturday, we catered a lovely outdoor wedding with carved AAA roast beef right at the buffet line. Plates kept being filled while guests laughed, mingled, and came back for seconds (and thirds).

The energy was warm, the compliments genuine, and the newlyweds were absolutely glowing. The bride told us, “I knew the food would be good, but it was 1000% more than we expected.”

For us, it’s never just about the menu, it’s about creating a moment people remember long after the plates are cleared. This is one we'll be remembering for a long time!

Some meals are worth repeating.

We had the pleasure of catering a vow renewal for a couple who asked for the exact same dinner served at their wedding. They wanted breakfast for supper, and we were more than happy to make it happen.

The menu was a hearty spread of pancakes, sausages, bacon, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit platters. The bride made sure to tell us it was absolutely fabulous and that guests were taking note of who did the catering.

It means so much to be part of moments like this, thank you for including us in your celebration.
