We had an incredible time catering a beautiful outdoor wedding despite the scorching heat! Spencer was a trooper manning the grill. The menu featured mouthwatering rib steaks and chicken mushroom Alfredo, alongside stuffed potatoes and perogies. We also served up Caesar salad, oriental salad, and broccoli salad to round out the meal. It was a day filled with great food and even greater memories!

We had an amazing time catering for Cory and Valerie in Wandering River this past weekend! The kids enjoyed hot dogs and homemade Mac n cheese, while the main buffet featured roast chicken and roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, perogies, pasta marinara, and oven roasted veggies.

We also served garden salad, Caesar salad, and broccoli salad, all of which received great comments. The bride and groom were thrilled to have leftovers for the next day. Thank you, Cory and Valerie, for letting us be part of your special day!

We had the pleasure of catering for Rencon Construction's staff barbecue again, and it was a fantastic event! The menu featured barbecued rib steak, stuffed potatoes, homemade baked beans, potato salad, Caesar salad, corn on the cob, and garlic bread. As a special treat for the next day, we prepared a delicious cheeseburger salad for the family to enjoy. Seeing so many happy faces at the end of the evening made it all worth it!

We were privileged to cater a fantastic wedding feast in beautiful Tofield, Alberta. From BBQ'd Chicken to Smoked Beef Brisket, Roasted Potatoes, and Pasta with Marinara Sauce, every dish was a hit! Not to mention Susie's famous Caesar Salad, Vegetable Trays, Fruit Trays, and delectable Buns with Butter.

Their guests also enjoyed a mouthwatering Taco Bar featuring Soft and Hard Shells, Taco Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Green Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Jalapenos, Sour Cream, Salsa, Homemade Guacamole, and Homemade Pico De Gallo.

We had plenty of leftovers for seconds and thirds—nobody went hungry and compliments were ringing through the team's ears nonstop. Stephanie and Peter, you were amazing to work with, and your venue was simply stunning. Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day!

What a Saturday! This past weekend, New Sarepta's annual country fair and 3 on 3 ball hockey tournament kept us on our toes as we served up delicious bites at the concession stand. We were thrilled to see so many hungry folks show up to support us— it made for an incredibly busy, but rewarding day! Thank you, New Sarepta and surrounding areas, for your amazing support. What an incredible experience catering Julia and Brendan's wedding at Clymont Community Hall in Spruce Grove! With 80 guests in attendance the spread was nothing short of spectacular. The couple went with menu option #3: Roast Beef, Baked Salmon, Cheddar Potato Perogies, Roasted Baby Potatoes, Home Style Turkey Stuffing, Steamed Vegetables, Garden Salad, Susie's Famous Caesar Salad, Potato Salad with Homemade Dressing, and Broccoli Salad with Homemade Dressing.

We just had the pleasure of catering the annual golf tournament for the Thistle Curling Club, and it was an absolute blast! Picture this: a gorgeous evening filled with laughter, camaraderie, and of course, incredible food. We served up a feast fit for champions: our mouthwatering Smoked Beef Brisket stole the show, paired perfectly with creamy garlic mashed potatoes, homemade baked beans bursting with flavor, and a refreshing Caesar salad to balance it all out. And let's not forget our beloved potato salad, a crowd favorite that always hits the spot.

There was also plenty of delicious food left over, which only means one thing—seconds for everyone! We were absolutely thrilled to cater the graduation celebration for the New Sarepta 2024 grads. With 275 people in attendance, it was an event to remember! We pulled out all the stops to ensure that every guest had a memorable experience.

Our menu featured a sumptuous spread, including tender roast beef, succulent roasted chicken, creamy mashed potatoes with gravy, grilled veggies, pasta salad, and Caesar salad. There was plenty of food leftover for guests to take home, ensuring that the celebration could continue even after the event ended. We were overjoyed to receive numerous fantastic compliments from attendees, assuring us that our efforts had paid off and the event was a resounding success.

Chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, cheddar cheese are just some of the yummy ingredients.
