Job Opportunity: Full-Time Facility Manager
Axe Monkeys, a dynamic and vibrant team, is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as our Full-Time Facility Manager. We are searching for an AXEceptional candidate who can bring energy, AXEcitement, and a touch of flair to our team.
This role will involve working both within our facility, at events, and engaging with the community to propel our business to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage facility upkeep and maintenance on a daily basis
- Demonstrate initiative, consistently going above and beyond expectations
- Embrace a physically active role within the team
- Able to schedule staff, payroll, and use of quickbooks
- AXEtreme multi tasking and organizational skills
Requirements:
- Availability on weekdays, evenings, and weekends - Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (maximum 50LBS)
- Possession of a reliable transportation and a valid class 5 operator's license (mandatory)
- Pro Serve certification (mandatory)
- Experience in towing a trailer is an advantage
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Possess a great personality and a sense of humor, which will be a significant advantage
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the existing social media and media experts to create compelling content that drives business
- Generate innovative and captivating marketing ideas and promotions
Compensation: Salary + Profit sharing + tips
