Sunday September 22nd at the Estevan Exhibition Association grounds.

Think of this as a multi-family garage sale for all things horse related!

Here's what you need to do to get yourself a spot:
1. Fill out the form in the comments
2. E-transfer your table fee (instructions in form)
3. Sort through your tack room, trailer, closet, house...
4. Bring your items to town on September 22nd
5. Take home 💰

Masterfeeds Tub Sale is coming to Estevan Exhibition Grounds Sept. 10, 2024 4pm-8pm
4-H clubs in District #1 (Estevan area) will benefit from tub sales and the District will benefit from the BBQ.

If you are interested you can contact any of the Clubs in District #1 and they will be able to help you make an order

This is the hard working group of individuals (only 4 people missing) that comprise your ENERGY CITY EX 2024 team.
The undertaking that is the Energy City Ex is hours and hours of passion, dedication, perseverance and unity and what they accomplished together is breath taking. I can’t even begin to express the gratitude I have for them.
We sat down last night to hash out what the 3 days taught us.
We laughed, we cried. We faced the hard issues and we made a mountain of notes to ensure 2025 and beyond will be even better.
We can not wait for next year and the plans are already underway!
From all of us and our honoured “extras” that work beside us…. THANK YOU 🥰

A reminder that Affinity Place parking lot is reserved for those people who will be attending the ECS grad ceremony. Please respect the parking barricades and volunteers. Please bring your ECS grad ticket to gain access to the parking lot. Doors to Affinity open at 12:30 p.m. Grad ceremony starts at 2:00 p.m.

Hannah Ferrier and Desirae Cleveland, Miss Rodeo Estevan contestants have been very hard at work selling 50:50 tickets in support of the Estevan Exhibition Association. Draw date is today at the intermission of the Rodeo.
