Almost a decade ago, I was working as a Creative Director and hired Christine to be a part of our team. Fast forward to now, we have followed each others journeys, supported each other and now, her and her best friend (and now hubby) Nick, invited me and cor to document their day… in Mexico!!! Nichola & Dru ♥️ / to say I love these two and their families would be an understatement. I knew from the second we talked that they were my people and was I ever right. These two planned an intimate weekend with their 11 closest at Dru’s family cottage in Minden and I feel so lucky to of been the one to document it. The weather was perfection, the fall colours were popping and the day finished with dinner on the deck under the stars (and I got to sit beside Dru and have the best dinner ever by ). What an incredible day, thank you you two… 🤍🤍

What better way to get back into posting again then to share this beautiful family. There’s no better feeling then being chosen to document all of life’s special moments. Well, this past weekend I documented another special moment for M and B, the arrival of their newest addition Hayes ❤️ Heres a peek at every session we have done together. The last photo, being 7 years ago at their engagement, and everything in between. Not only have they grown and grown their family, but I’ve been growing as a photographer along the way too. So thankful for clients like these two ❤️

Oh hi friends!! Still here… just playing some major catch up and trying to get ALL galleries out the door and loose ends tied, before we head to Ireland so soon. If you know me, I am always travelling (pre pandemic). This trip was booked back in 2019 and we missed some very special events for people we care about SO you bet I am unplugging for the trip from work and making up for all the lost time. If you’re waiting on things from me, they are coming before I go and holy moly I can’t wait to share more. This has been an incredible season.

Wow am I not only behind in well... everything... but I havent even shared these two yet in the grid which is really weird because, I love them. From the second I met these two, it was love at first sight LOL Seriously though, they are so friggin cute and have this energy I just love... and then they planned the most dream day. I cant even begin to say ALL of my favourite things about jess and Dan (and their day), but here are a few: the best music playlist (maybe ever), the whole wedding was in their backyard, they ran up the aisle at their exit, they planned the whole day around making sure every guest (and vendor and wedding party member) got Ice Cream when they arrived from , they used an ironing board to sign their vows because thats what her parents did for their wedding when they forgot a table, they printed off a photo of every single guest (including me!!) to have as the “name tags” it was so personal/beautiful, there was one speech which was theirs because they didnt want to hear a bunch of things about them and wanted to only share things about those they love (it was perfect). Have I said how much I love these two? To pick 10 for this post was stupid hard... so you can expect another soon xoxo Thank you J & D

In my 13 years of weddings, this was a first for me. Shooting the first dance, in almost no light, with no guests around us. Old me would of been terrified, but veteran me loved every minute of it. The Black and Whites in the set were no flash and me just pushing my cameras Capabilities for these cinematic vibes. Scroll to the end to see a colour and flash pic which shows the sky at the time.
