Love it when you show up at botanical gardens with no witnesses, and just trust you will find the right ones. Thank you to Nancy and Pat from St Thomas, the only couple to walk by us on a quiet path. They have been married 35 years and made wonderful witnesses for a beautiful wedding on a fall day under the trees. Exactly what the couple wanted. Congratulations to Carol and Dan from Quebec who said it couldn’t have been more perfect!

From Hamilton beach yesterday, to just missing a thunderstorm this morning at Living Water Wayside Chapel, and then a couple’s Australian pup running into the pond during their ceremony at Kehoe and Kin; it was a weekend full of love, and I am so grateful to all the couples!

Really great location for a small ceremony at the world’s smallest chapel. No reservations needed and I have never run into any other couples,just a few tourists to work around.

Sometimes you just really connect with a couple. The day after their wedding Shayla and Calin not only dropped off a couple of bottles of wine and a beautiful thank you card,but brought all their flowers from the wedding to share with me (so many we gave the rest to the retirement home next door) Such a nice visit with a really sweet couple.
