At it again today. This time 2 Go lunches for DLF PICKSEED for their corn crop tour.
All separately packaged they had their choice of turkey clubs and/or beef and provolone with smoked chocolate chip cookies and a cup of grapes. It was a great day for a crop tour perfect weather and good food!!

Back in the test kitchen……tonight’s results were ravioli stuffed with Italian sausage & ricotta sautéed in a brown butter sauce soooo tasty!!!!

Three course meal out of the test kitchen…Greek salad fresh and colourful, Saffron and fennel stew with clam and whitefish, Roast beef accompanied with a red wine reduction served with roasted potatoes seasoned with rosemary, garlic and shallots and a bright pea purée.

Candy Apple Catering was always just a dream. A great dream but a dream just the same. In this dream people celebrate, they laugh, they love. Surrounded by family, friends, neighbours and coworkers all gathered around a beautifully crafted meal.
September 1st marks the day where my dream becomes a reality. With the help of my amazing family and friends Candy Apple Catering is officially open for business!
