Unfortunately, due to liquor laws we legally cannot provide/ purchase alcohol for you. However, we have options for you! We are more than happy to help navigate you through the purchasing process and if any licenses are needed. It’s honestly A LOT easier than you may think.

Don’t want alcohol? That’s fine too - we can have almost anything on tap. ☺️

When we first came up with the idea of a tap trailer, our goal was to offer a drink service for events that don’t have access to a bar. This offers guests a fun and interactive way to get their drinks, without compromising a luxury experience.

When we (husband and I) decided over two years ago to start a mobile bar business, our mantra was simple: we love, love and a good cocktail. Especially on a summer day. Thats how Juniper & Sage was created — from our passion for weddings and events during the day, and being (pretending to be) mixologists at night.

We wanted to be able to bring an option for those who didn’t have access to a bar at their weddings and events, and wanted a “wow” factor for their guests. After a challenging year of delays and life interruptions, we did it.

We still stand by our mantra. If anything, time has made us appreciate love even more.

So here’s to us and our small business, and hopefully we’ll get to cheers with you at your wedding, celebrating YOUR love and your love for a drink, regardless if it’s alcoholic or not.

Here’s to the 2024 season, may it be good to us all!

Thinking I should’ve made this post a little more Christmas Cheesy, but it’ll do! Who’s ready for the holiday drinks? Here’s one of my favourites because it’s simple + tasty:

Ingredients:
4 cups cranberry juice
1 bottle sparkling cider
1 liter ginger ale
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, about 2 lemons
12 ounces vodka, optional
1 orange, sliced

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all of the liquid ingredients, over ice. Float the orange slices on top, for garnish and serve.

Optional: cute glasses & straws that’ll make the drink even more festive 🎅

We have a lot of inquiries about how the tap bar rental works and what needs to be done in order to have us at your event, so let me explain a little bit:

Inquire + place your deposit — first things first, please inquire about the date(s) you’ll be needing us to make sure we’re available and not at another event. we require a deposit to hold your date, otherwise we can not ensure that we will be available for your date.

special event permit — you may or may not need a special event permit. this completely depends on your event location. typically you do NOT need a special event permit if your location already has a liquor license: it is YOUR responsibility to obtain this permit, however; we can assist you if needed.

drink selections — we are able to accommodate many different types of wobbly pops (and non-alcoholic options) please let us know what you’re interested in having at your event. unfortunately, due to New Brunswick liquor laws I am unable to purchase the alcohol for you, however, I can help with the selection process and we can even keg custom cocktails for you.

sip back & relax: once everything above is done, all you need to do is wait and know that your bar is now booked for your event!

I’m the owner of Juniper & Sage and .ca

Juniper & Sage was created because I love, love and I also love a good cocktail or glass (bottle) of wine. I combined my passion for the two and started my little labor of love: the tap trailer.

Our tap trailer lets you have some wobbly pops anywhere your heart desires. Are you having a wedding in the middle of a field? We’ll bring the generator to provide drinks on tap. Looking for a bartender? Stay tuned for some fun news.

Introducing: Her.
Originally, she was supposed to be our tap cart but we decided that being versatile and accommodating different needs would be the best option. Not only is she a stunning visual aesthetic, she can be utilized in so many different ways. Our favourite ideas are: a bar cart, a guest favour cart, candy buffet, flower cart, or a cotton candy cart.

We’re offering an introductory rate for this summer only. We’ll release the details soon. Until then, enjoy the beauty that is: her. 🥂

Hi ✨ we’re still here and we have some updates for you: we have decided that instead of installing taps on our cart, we’re going to leave them off (for now) to accommodate all types of cart options. We have some recommendations on our slide. We still have some dates left for 2023 + would love to hear from you. Perfect for any kind of event 🥰🍷
