We’re expanding our coordination and planning team and looking for 5 enthusiastic, detail-obsessed, and fun-loving Wedding Coordinators to join our team in 2025. If you have a passion for making dreams come true and a love for all things wedding-related, this might be your chance to dive into a creative outlet you’ll love.

We’ll be training our new team members over the winter, so you’ll be ready to take on clients and create magic in the new year! No experience necessary - but we do require a valid driver’s license!

Who you are:
- Super organized, with an eye for the smallest details.
- Calm under pressure—because wedding days can get *real*.
- A great communicator who can juggle schedules, vendors, and client needs with ease.
- Passionate about creating unforgettable moments.
- Love a good trend and can blend classic elegance with modern flair.

The fine print:
- position is on a casual basis, not full time
- weekend and evening availability is required, specifically 2 weekends a month from May-October. Other than your monthly training, evenings are a “set your own schedule” kinda deal.

Shoutout to the awesome volunteers from Olivia Rose Designs who joined us on Monday to bake bread! 🍞✨ A fellow member of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce, they learned valuable skills in our kitchen, and the bread was distributed to families in need. Their hard work and generosity truly made a difference! 🙌❤️

One wedding was an “easy peasy” set up and the other was a collaboration with the couple mixing in their own decor with ours! Every set up can look different, we can work with DIY couples to bring the entire vision to life ✨
