The summer season catering has just ended. It was sure a busy season.
Opening up to a new season starting very early like September 7th to break the fall season.
Watch out for the new exciting menu with special emphasis on low or no gluten menu and exciting new herbs and spices.

First season's herb- Polygomum- commonly called Vietnamese Coriander. It is used in Malaysian cooking of Mackerel, tamarind, lime juice, shrimp paste, chili peppers and mint along with lemon grass and wild ginger (galanggal)

Old fashioned Pad Thai rice vermicelli with chicken breast and shrimp stir fry in a home made Pad Thai sauce of fresh chilli paste, bean sauce, tamarind and mint, lemon grass and turmeric. It will have sesame seeds, peanuts and coconut milk.

No more placement for Samosa pies and side orders.
All orders for special families in the Prayer Menu group are full.
New Year's Eve orders are full and I cannot take anymore orders. Those who placed orders for hot sauce ,make sure you pick up soon before 22 December.

2024 Prayer Menu will have a new facelift and foods will be of a South East Asian recipe. All gluten free menu will be alternated every 2 weeks.

This year I have allocated December 19th and December 20th for prayer menu members and their families to order Samosa Pies and other savoury pies.
It comes in beef, chicken, vegetarian or savoury meat pies.
All pies ate $45.00 each- 9inches diameter and weighs almost 750gms each. Vegetarian pies are $35.00 each
Full cream cultured unsalted butter pastry.
First come first served basis.
December 31st New Year's Eve special order of appetizers will be
Deep fried wontons- 110 pieces for $48.00 with hot and plum sauces included

All prayer menu will resume ag*in in November for twice and will not be offering during December as it will be my peak catering time of the year.

All prayer menu will be suspended until further notice. I just have eye surgery and might need more resting time.
Besides I have some renovation and repairs in the house that can impede cooking.
I shall post the future dates as soon as possible.
I humbly apologise for those depending on the service for your family.

Thank-you so much for all the support for September 13th, opening of the Prayer Menu for the fall season. I hope everyone is happy with the meal. It was all fully booked.
The September 20th larger family meal is also fully booked.
Sorry for the disappointment.
School just started and parents are still dealing with curriculum and sport activities. There will be more date in October planned once I know my medical condition after my eye surgery at the end of September. If there is no recuperating date necessary, I will post the next Prayer Meny date as soon as possible.

The season's Prayer Menu has come to an end. We had a tremendous season and looking forward to mid September when we resume our service.
This year several members have given tremendous ideas and our committee will look into it for improving our menu and nutritional consideration
The non- gluten menu will widen a big more with more vegetarian dishes.

The next regular prayer menu meal deal will be June 28th
The menu will be simple
steamed rice with walnut g*i ding- lightly battered chicken breast stir fried with lightly bean sauce with hoisin, oyster flavoured and dark soy. This menu is gluten free. Last summer special for only $50.00/ If you want wontons just add $10.00 you get 45 wontons-total of $60.00
August will be no Prayer Menu offer until September.
If there is an emergency order please let me know in advance and make arrangement subject to availability. July and August I will be doing weddings, graduation and wedding anniversary and will be travelling around the province.
