Pre baked for a trial basis of butter short bread cookies. 275 degrees for 30 minutes not a good idea. 325 for 32 minutes perfect. Use unsalted butter but add a pinch of salt much better. For two cups of flour, I reduced by 2 tablespoon and add tapioca flour. Turns out real crispy

This is the last year of operation. Those booked and paid deposited fees for catering after 2026 will be honored. After December 31st, there will be no further booking.
Appreciated all of these 36 years of support and love you have all given me. Without you all, the business wouldn't have lasted that long. My most sincere gratitude and humble appreciation. A million thanks.
