Celebrating Women, Every Day đž
As a woman in business, Iâve seen the ups and downs we face, especially when it comes to the gap between men and women in entrepreneurship. At Maani Maara , we believe in recognizing these challenges and doing our part to close them. Here are a few areas where we still see some gaps:
đž Access to Funding: Women often receive less funding than men, which makes it harder to grow our businesses.
đđŸââïž Representation: Women, especially women of colour, are still underrepresented in leadership roles, which limits visibility and opportunities.
âïž Work-Life Balance: Women often juggle business with family responsibilities, which can add extra a load pressure.
We are all about turning these challenges into celebrations of strength, creativity, and resilience and love teaming up with other amazing women, referring clients to the incredible ladies in our network, and finding those special moments to support each other.
