Tofino’s weather is always a surprise—rain, fog, or sunshine, you never know what you’ll get. But when the sun comes out, it’s nothing short of magical.

These two ended their day in the most beautiful way—golden hour on the beach, soaking in every dreamy moment together. ✨🌞

Brian and I instantly fell in love with Amy and Michael’s dog, Holly. She seemed to sense the importance of the day—so attentive, present, and full of excitement.

It was so heartwarming to see her by their side as they got ready, offering her quiet support with loving glances. During the ceremony, as Amy and Michael read their emotional vows, Holly’s care and empathy shone through as she comforted them in her own sweet way.

A beautiful day made even more special by Holly’s love. ❤️

Lindsey + Stefan’s very rainy but oh so beautiful intimate wedding really was an adventure and once in a lifetime experience for these two and their friends and family that travelled from Washington and many other places to celebrate L + S.

There’s nothing better than when all the elements come together to create some magic. They had gorgeous weather, a visit from some orcas, the most beautiful West Coast scenery, all the love and support from their loved ones that witnessed their emotional ceremony, and of course marrying your best friend! ❤️

It was so hard to fit this incredibly heartwarming, emotional and joy-filled intimate oceanside wedding into 10 slides.

Catherine + Reid created such an intentional and meaningful day for them and their loved ones and it was so beautiful to see the love and connection shared throughout the day with everyone.

A few of the many things we loved about their day
—Reid + his family getting ready in his grandfather’s cabin on Bonniebrook Beach. A place that holds a lot of dear memories.
—During their toasts R + C made sure to express their love and gratitude towards each person and their words were so heartfelt that everyone there including us had tears in their eyes.
—At golden hour everyone went for a walk along the promenade to the family cabin and spent some time soaking in the dreamy sunset together. (Can you spot the kitty in the window?)
—Reid serenading Catherine on his guitar with a song that he sang to her when they first met.

This is why we love small intimate weddings and elopements so much. Time for space and intention to create meaningful moments and presence with your loved ones and each other.
Without all the distractions and stress there can be more joy and connectedness found.
