After five wonderful years, Yellow Birch is closing our doors.
It's been the best five years and I've met the most amazing people. I've got to flower for some pretty beautiful weddings and I'm just so thankful to all our couples for trusting us and letting us in in the magic of their day.
Thank you to all the beautiful wedding vendors I've met along the way who are now my good friends. Thank you to the businesses who trusted me and gave me a start and helped my little flower shop thrive in my community.
Thank you to my friends and my family who were always there, helping in the studio, coming along to setups, helping every step along the way.
I've been given an amazing opportunity to take on the coordinator position in our community for an organization that works with at-risk-youth, setting them up for success and I couldn't be more excited for this next part of my journey. I still have some weddings to flower for this summer and let me tell ya, they're gonna be good! ✨
I'm just so thankful to all of you for supporting Yellow Birch. My heart is full. 🤍

We are officially on holidays until the New Year! ✨
I sound like a broken record, but I'm just so grateful and love thinking back on this year. It was full of challenges as we small business owners learn to navigate this crazy retail world, but it was full of so many beautiful blooms and laughs and cups of coffee..so good!
I'm looking forward to spending time with my fam and soaking it all in.

From the very beginning, Yellow Birch has always been a family business. Ty has been there each step of the way, coming to setups, cutting papers, processing flowers, washing buckets, deliveries, he's done it all. You may have even seen my kids wandering around setups and making tiny arrangements from the cuttings on the floor.
As hard as it is sometimes to be stuck in the studio when my family is around, I'm proud to show them what hard work looks like and even get them into it a bit!
We Yellows are thankful for the support of our community this year and all our amazing couples that trusted us with their wedding florals. Our Yellow Birch family extends beyond the four of us and I am just so grateful, I simply couldn't do it without them all. 🤍

It's been a wonderful month and I'm so thankful for each and everyone of you that has come into the studio, ordered flowers, bought gifts and came to a workshop.
The season always goes so fast and I'm trying hard to soak it all in. ✨
We'll be finishing off the week strong and then taking a break to celebrate with family. I'll be back in the studio on January 8th.
But for now, we are here and have lots of beautiful blooms and gifts to help you check everyone on your list!

Wedding season has wrapped this weekend until Christmas and I've had a couple days to spend time with family and start to process this beautiful summer and the overwhelming support from my family and friends. I simply could not have done it without them, especially this past September! It makes me weepy just think about it! 🤍
