✔We only own luxury cars. We own 2x 6 passenger Cadillac SUVs.
🚫Taxi's are not luxury vehicles nor does any local taxi company have a luxury car on fleet.

✔We only offer 24/7 Pre-Book Service. Although we may be able to accommodate guests on short notice this is not common practice.
🚫Taxi is available 24/7 on demand

✔Our vehicles have low km and immaculateness attention to their maintenance.
🚫Taxi's tend to have higher km as their use is of a high demand during the duration of the drivers shift.

✔We offer unparalleled service 100% of the time! We are consistent and reliable.
🚫Some taxi drivers offer a great service while others do not pay as much attention to detail. Service quality may be inconsistent between drivers and companies.

✔Our rates, although higher then a taxi are consistent! You pay what you're quoted. We offer flat rates and do not charge for unexpected delays beyond ours or your control. We may choose a longer route to your destination if it means avoiding delays in traffic at no additional cost to you.
🚫Taxi rates are run off their meter. These rates are based on distance plus time.
You may experience a higher rate then average during Icy road conditions when their tires spin, during long wait times in busy traffic conditions or when the driver takes a longer route to your destination.

✔We offer return booking discounts. When you Pre-book transportation in advance you save up to 50% off the return booking. This applies to both Premium VIP Transportation and Airport Transfers.
🚫Rates are determined by the meter based on time / km.

✔We offer complimentary flight tracking. We arrive when you arrive. No wait times will be charged as we know when to at the airport. We will never arrive late.
🚫Taxi will come when called if they're not already on site. They may arrive when they're requested to. They may charge wait times if your flight is delayed. Some companies charge an additional fee for airport service.

✔All our staff and drivers are criminal record FREE! This includes our liquor server / attendant and dispatcher. Our drivers require vulnerable sector criminal record checks.
🚫Taxi drivers also require vulnerable sector criminal record checks. However their dispatch team does not. The choice to have criminal record free staff is solely left to the companies discretion.

✔We offer a 24/7 Pre-Book Guarantee! We are on time, every time or we will pay you $50.00 Cash!
🚫Taxi has no such guarantee.

✔We are liquor licensed and offer complimentary bottled water to our guests.
🚫Taxi's are not eligible for liquor licenses. They may or may not offer complimentary bottled water.

This is where my fleet lives!
No big shop, no big yard! Just a double car garage and a long driveway!

It has been a very snowy couple of weeks and that makes operating a Luxury car service a little more challenging then normal!

This is my hometown and snow is nothing new!
What became so much more challenging this winter vs previous is the amount of snow we received all at once and the fact that I now have all 3 of my fleet vehicles at home!

Now don't get me wrong! Having all 3 vehicles in one place has it's advantages compared to last winter. The biggest difference is keeping the snow cleared so I can safely enter and exit the garage without sliding. It's a tight fit!

Needless to say I got behind and couldn't keep up! The driveway was packed down and rutted and I had a very close near miss with the new car entering the garage!

I'd like to give a huge thank you to I Dig It Contracting for making it safe to get my vehicles back in my garage where they can be prepared for when customers call.

Deluxe is conveniently located within city limits. With our 24/7 Pre Book Guarantee we are on time every time or we will pay you $50 Ca$h.
Our service is Pre-book however we can generally accommodate most customers in either of our Cadillac SUVs within the hour. Our Bus within 3 hours.

🚫They drive you in your car.

✔We carry our own insurance which covers our passengers and drivers. Our insurance is held liable in the event of an accident.
🚫They do not cover your car. Your insurance is responsible! You lend your car, you lend your insurance. In the event of an accident your insurance depending on your policy may deny coverage because you hired a driver.

✔All our drivers are criminal record FREE! All our drivers are required to have vulnerable sector criminal record checks.
🚫Their chase car drivers Do NOT require criminal record checks. Only the individual driving you in your car is required to have a vulnerable sector criminal record check.

✔When you leave your car at home you have ZERO risk of a DUI!
🚫If you are in your car with the keys or vehicle running while impaired, you can be legally charged with a DUI even if you are not driving! Many individuals have been charged while waiting in their car for a designated driving service.

✔We pay our drivers for the entire work shift even if they are not driving guests.
🚫Their drivers only get paid when driving customers cars. No customer = No pay!
