Q: How much are tickets? A: Weekend Passes $60

Limited tickets available. Q: What is included with a VIP ticket/pass? A: AMotion Entertainment is working on a new VIP Experience in the hopes of exceeding the expectations of our patrons. AMotion’s VIP Experience offers a separate gated entrance, private VIP section, private bar, all night in-and-out privileges, souvenir lanyard/VIP pass & a chance to hang out with your favourite artist. Q: Do VIP’s have priority access? A: VIP’s will have their own dedicated entrance
Q: What is the minimum age requirement for AURORA FEST? A: All patrons 18+ are welcome. Must have valid government issued ID
Q: What ID do we accept? A: Driver’s license, passport, citizenship card, resident card. No other cards will be deemed valid. Q: What time does the AURORA start and finish? A: AURORA runs August 23, 2013. From 8PM until 2AM. We highly recommend arriving early to avoid delays, traffic and for a swift entry into the venue. Q: Will there be ATM machines on site? A: Yes, there will be several ATM machines located at different locations on site. Q: Will there be food and beverage vendors on site? A: Yes, Food and beverage vendors on site for an assortment of food and refreshments. Q: Will there be toilets available on site? A: Yes, the venue has multiple bathroom facilities. Q: Will there be Artist merchandise available for purchase on site? A: Yes, there will be an array of merchandise available for purchase. Q: Is the site wheelchair accessible? A: Yes, however wheelchair access will be limited to certain areas. We recommend having a companion/attendant to help. There will be a reserved areas designated for patrons using wheelchairs. Q: Will there be emergency staff on site? A: Yes, there will be Grande Prairie Police, Paramedics and an Ambulance on site to assist in any emergency. There will also be a First Aid area for minor accidents and injuries. Q: If I get sick or hurt, is there First Aid available? While we have made every effort to ensure that the AURORA FEST will be a safe event, accidents do happen. A First Aid area with trained personnel will be set-up to treat minor injuries or illness. If you are in need of assistance, find one of our public safety personnel or any festival staff member and they will be able to guide you to the First Aid area. If you have special medical needs, we encourage you to register at the First Aid area upon arrival. If you do require treatment during the day, you will be required to sign a “Consent To Treat” form. If the First Aid area is busy, and your complaint is minor, you may be asked to wait. Please be patient, there may be someone else in more need of treatment. You will be advised if our staff feels it is necessary for you to seek further treatment in the local hospital or Emergency Room. Please note that you are responsible for supplying insurance information. It is also your responsibility, not the Festival Staff’s, to provide transportation to the hospital unless the injury requires an ambulance. You will also be responsible to provide your transportation back to the Festival. Recommended Preventative Measures:
Drink plenty of fluids. If you see an emergency vehicle, get out of the way immediately! Bring all the prescription medications you normally take with you and keep them with you at all times. Eat substantial meals to provide your body with enough energy. If you are reporting to the First Aid area to inform them of someone else’s injuries, please look around you carefully before you leave the victim. Take note of landmarks so you can make your way back quickly. Please report to the First Aid area immediately if:
You have a cut and cannot stop bleeding. You have something in your eye. You experience dry mouth, light-headedness, blurred vision, or severe headaches. You are having difficulty breathing with or without chest pain. You have a burn from any other source other than the sun. You experience any type of seizure activity. You are experiencing vomiting or diarrhea or extreme stomach pain. Q: Will there be a lost and found? A: Yes, there will be a lost and found located at the front entrance. Q: Will there be an information area? A: Yes, there will be an information area set up to help you with any inquiries you may have. Q: Will there be searches on site? A: Every person will be thoroughly searched upon arriving on site. All objects disallowed will then be confiscated and will not be returned. Q: What objects are not allowed on site? A: No outside liquids or food, No animals, No professional cameras (cameras with detachable lenses), No chairs, No laser pointers, No drugs or paraphernalia, No water toys, No fireworks or fire crackers, No coolers thermos, containers or bottles, No weapons, No large backpacks/bags, No air horns, No video cameras or audio recorders, No musical instruments, No large umbrellas, No megaphones, No beach balls, soccer balls, baseballs, etc..., No bicycles, No skateboards, No rollerblades, No tents, No solicitation or promotions on site, No over-intoxication, No disruptive and/or rude behavior, No mosh pits, No graffiti, No vandalism and No illegal activities. As well, please make an effort to throw out litter in proper garbage cans.
