Today we closed a chapter. Crystal Catering has vacated Bonnett's Energy Centre. It felt a little bit like the final episode of "Cheers" or any other favorite show. It wasn't supposed to end this way, but it's been a blast for 16 years. Thank you so much to all our staff throughout the years, the team in the venue and all the awesome clients we got to serve. Cheers!🍾

Moneca and crew are having fun bartending at the ice bar for Winterfest. The ice sculptures are fabulous. This weekend is Crystal Catering's final hurrah at the venue. Cheers everyone!

As our province is opening up and gatherings under 50 are allowed, it could be a challenge to provide food in a safe manner. In order to avoid sharing of food we are starting to offer individually packaged buffets. So, in the style of a fixed menu for the group, but packaged individually. While we try this new concept we ask for minimum orders of 10 people, ordered at least 5 days in advance. Email [email protected] for menu suggestions
