We will be open until 7pm tonight at Tire Pro Inc , on our Hot n Ready menu available until 6pm we have Rhavenous Rhiteous Ribs, Smoked Texas Frog Legs. Pizza by the slice. Our feature tonight is NY Strip Loin Lo Mein or Keto Stir Fry. Strip was rubbed in our Ketofriendly spice mix then smoked for a few hours, then sliced thinly and soaked in a Ketofriendly sauce then seared to perfection.

On our Hot n Ready menu available from noon to 6pm is Rhavenous Rhiteous Ribs, Smoked Texas Frog Legs and Rhavenous Pizza Slices( 12" Pizza cut into 4 pcs topped with extra sauce, Smoked Pork, Pepperoni, Bacon Crumble crowned with 6 blend of cheeses. Our feature today is Texas Chicken Sandwich. We rubbed chicken thighs in our infamous Texas Rubbed then smoked to perfection, seared upon ordering crowned with Mozzarella, Cheddar,and Monterey Jalapeño Jack Cheese and then served on Grilled Garlic French Bread, Lightning Sauce and Citrus Coleslaw

While its raining feel free to come inside to order. We will be open today at Bullets and Broadheads from 11am to 7pm. On our Hot n Ready menu today which runs from noon to 6pm we have " Kermits Revenge " a Ham,bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich also have Pizza slices with Smoked Pork, Pepperoni, Bacon Crumble and 3 6 cheese blend while we finish restocking of Rhavenous Rhiteous Ribs and Texas Frog Legs. Our feature today will be a Smoked Picnic Pork dinner with Smoked sliced pork smothered in Handcrafted gravy from au jus, this will be crowned on homemade Garlic, Bacon, Cheesey Mashed Potatoes. Our feature tonight is 1lb (16oz) Smoked Strip Loin Steak reverse seared to chefs specs with a side of stir fried onions,garlic, mushrooms and pepper medley and Grilled Garlic French Bread for $50.00, good luck in trying to get that deal at a steak house. Upon ordering we will sear it to Chef's specs and crown it with sautéed garlic, onions and a pepper medley and 5 cheese blend stuffed in between our Grilled Garlic French Bread for $50.00

We almost ran out of Ribs and Frog Legs yesterday so we have a fresh batch in the smoker. It's awesome how our Ribs and chicken have taken off. Tonight we decided to do something a little different. In our smoker we have some pork ribsteaks that have been marinating for 2 days in our spectacular Jamaican Jerk handcrafted marinade. We going to serve that up on our creative way of exploring new things with our version of Jamaican style rice. Here is an early Pic of what's happening in the Rhavenous Carnivores smoker. This message is just for our followers. A supper post will go out around 4pm for all.

We are open today Thursday from noon to 7pm at Bullets and Broadheads. On our Hot n Ready menu today we have Rhavenous Rhiteous Ribs, Smoked Texas Frog Legs and Quarter Slice of Pizza. It's a 12" Pizza cut into four slices, today's toppings will be Smoked Pork, Pepperoni and bacon with extra sauce and a blend of 6 cheeses fir a mere $10. Our pizza cooked in the smoker to get that true Italy style flavour.
