Heading to celebrate the (short) life of Liz today. Gone (way) too soon. I'm so honoured to have been there to help her and Patch when they got married in 2016, and I'm even more grateful that I got a bunch of hugs and a bit of a catch up in September 2021 when she appeared as a guest at a local wedding. My heart is (still) broken for her two little boys, her husband, and the huge list of people who love ( d) her. If I had to picture an angel, she definitely is it. Until we all meet up again, #143.

The cold/flu bug got me pretty good after their wedding weekend and when I finally opened my eyes, this is what was waiting for me in my inbox. The best medicine ever. I am so grateful for their words.
