Onam is an annual harvest festival in the state of Kerala in India.
The Onam Sadhya (feast) is indispensable part of the festival. It reflects the spirit of season and traditionally made with seasonal vegetables.

Dosa
A dosa is a cooked flat thin layered rice batter, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made from a fermented batter. It is somewhat similar to a crepe in appearance.
